was designed for people who wish to increase their
confidence and self esteem, boost their professionalism and
achieve their goals.

Roles and Goals
Involves
group discussions. Link between
roles goal and mission. The
principle is introduced that someone who has a positive image is certain and
confident and this flows from a conscious or unconscious sense of mission and or
clear roles and goals.

Mission
Why clarity is
so powerful.
Mission distils roles and goals into something concise and tangible.
How this gives individuals a greater ability to say no to the wrong
things and to say yes to the right things.
Clearly articulating a sense of mission whatever that is, further
clarifies the things that are important and also emphasises our unique
contribution that enhances our sense of self worth.

Failure and Fear
Addresses the incredibly
powerful and universal wrecker of confidence and risk taking self worth.
A look at the effects of fears the body’s responses and the minds
responses. What is failure and how
do we ‘frame’ it.

Self Worth
Identifying the sources of our
sense of self worth, how to nurture those areas, and creating and nurturing an
atmosphere of self worth.

Self Image
Learning how to think of
ourselves in at least as good a light as our best advocate. How to see our weaknesses as strengths.

Body Language and Nonverbal Communication
Getting the right perspective on
the awareness, use and interpretation of body language, without becoming
oversensitive. The dominant effect
of nonverbal communication. How
body language will betray your words if there is a conflict.
Looking at the nonverbals of Face, Posture, Gestures, Tone, Touch, Dress,
Surroundings, Timing and Use of Personal Space.

Stress and Stress Management
Brainstorming
the causes of stress, (i.e. urbanisation, change, technology competition,
external to work.)
Explaining Fight or Flight, the way mind and body react to stress.
Knowing yourself, your stress triggers, assessing a stressful
environment.
If stress is a permanent state at work or home – can you continue
indefinitely?
Taking control.
Radical solutions for balance – transport, location, relationships,
job, career etc.
Looking at an annual Stress Cycle and a daily Stress Cycle.
